You CANNOT turn up unannounced to any of the above classes.  Members MUST go to the "BOOK A CLASS" page of this web site and apply in order to book and attend a class.

If you are a potential new member interested in trying a "FREE NO OBLIGATION FIRST LESSON" at our group's Torrington dojo you will need to go to the "INTERESTED?" page of this web site, fill in the application form and submit. In turn you will receive e-mail confirmation and further advice with regard to your submission. The minimum starting age in our Torrington dojo is six years old.

Both for the quality of spirit and technical standards, together with health and safety considerations there are a limited number of spaces available for each class; see the "BOOK A CLASS" document for further details.
